our why
Born from extreme
passion for problem solving
INNOZENS Academy was built on a simple belief: every child is already a problem-spotter. They feel the friction of school life every single day — the forgotten homework, the missed notice, the overwhelming exam week. They just haven't been given the tools to fix it.
INNOZENS cultivates them into problem-solvers. We give them those tools. Through a structured design thinking curriculum, mentored by alumni from Stanford and MIT, students learn to observe, empathise, prototype, and test — building real features for a School Bot that could change their school experience forever.
This is NOT a coding class.
This is NOT a robotics club.
This is human-centred design for the next generation.
Student-first always
Every challenge starts with a real student frustration, not a textbook exercise.
Teams, not Individuals
Learning to collaborate, disagree productively, and ship together is the real skill.
Prototype every Month
No month ends without something built, tested, and presented. Ideas alone don't count.
Culture is Everything
Curiosity, empathy, and grit aren't soft skills here — they're the curriculum.
how it works
Monthly cohorts.
Real design. Real teams.
Each month is a fresh design sprint. Students join a new cohort, tackle a new challenge, and leave with a working prototype and a deeper design intuition. No prior experience needed — just curiosity.
2
Sessions per Week
Research and Identify a real-world challenge that needs solving.
8
Sessions per Month
Structured as design sprint -from empathy research all the way to prototyping testing.
720
Minutes of Monthly Design Sprint.
Pure hands-on curriculum. That's 12 hours of deep design thinking each month.
4-5
Members per Team.
Small enough to move fast, large enough to challenge each other. Real team dynamics, real leadership.
12
CX challenges per Year.
One fresh student-centre challenge every month. Each one mapped to real school bot functionality.
∞
Impact Potential.
Best prototypes from each cohort feed into a real School Bot roadmap. Students design for real users.
curriculum
12 months.
12 student problems.
12 bot solutions.
Every challenge is grounded in a real student emotion — the kind that makes them mutter "why doesn't the school just fix this?" Each month, teams turn that frustration into a working School Bot feature.
who guides the team
Mentors from the world's
best design schools
Our mentors aren't teachers — they're practitioners. They've shipped products, run design sprints, and built things that millions of people use. They bring that reality into every session.
